This amp powers up ok but if I pull the remote and connect it back amp will go in protect.

Post a good quality photo of the component side of the entire main board and the component side of any driver boards if no one can help.
When the amp powers up, will it play normally up to full power?
How long do you have to leave the amp powered down before it will power up again?
Which terminals of the TL494 have significantly different voltage when the amp powers up and when it won't power up (remote applied)?

When it power up it plays good audio.
After about 10 seconds it will power up again.
Pin 16 goes high 8.70v causing pin 3 to be at 4.32v

Perform the same test to see which pins of the driver board change when the amp powers up, and when it doesn't.
