i am building a new more advanced center speaker, but i am very unsure if my calculations about the port dimensions and the lenght!
I have 2 piece of dayton rs 150p-8 drivers,and 32 liters volume(without drivers calculated)
What can you recommend?
2"? 3" and ?

I was thinking that the drivers and the ports are taking alot of space, that is why i build a 32l box,but maybe little too big,my thought is that it is better with bigger than smaller box.Hmm, a T/S max flat alignment is ~9.44 L, 56.6 Hz Fb, so dual = 18.88 L, leaving lots/too much? room left over, ergo will need to experiment with solid 'stuffing' to make the dual 2.5" dia x 10.125" long vents be correctly tuned.
I am not good in writing,i am from sweden 🙂
Well, either you or some translator program is doing just fine. 😉
A good plan that I always adhered to since it's a lot easier to 'shrink' a box than enlarge it.

Ok,if i have these port lenghts and size that you wrote to me,how too count volume that speaker and port will take ?Well, either you or some translator program is doing just fine. 😉

18.88l + speaker port volume? or is it not nessesary to count this? just a thought 🙂
Look in your geometry school-book. Formula for cylinder is simple. That will figure your magnet and your ports. The speaker frame is usually too thin to matter. The speaker cone is approximately a cone, so 1/3rd the volume of a cylinder with the same base (across the cone, not the frame).how too count volume that speaker and port will take ?
