Amp is in over current mode when trying to power up .
all outputs test fine . I don’t see anything physically damaged and everything I’m checking checks good .
Any Ideas ?

Check pin 5 on each 2092 IC. Do you see one that is going to ground while the others do not?
Likely a 4148 type. Is it connected to pin 5?

Yes it’s connected to pin 5
I have to tack down where one side of the diode goes but the other side of the diodes connect to pin 5 of the driver ic’s

Pin 5 controls the IC. The control can come from the IC, internally, or from the amp's control circuits. Typically, when there are diodes, they are used to isolate the ICs.
Do you happen to know the package size of the diode ? Or a good part number
The ones I found are all to big

The shortest one I see that's currently available is the CDSL4148 but it looks like it may be too long unless there is some amount of trace on its end that you could scrape clean to get to copper. That may even work for a standard LL4148.
I get + - 26 volts of rail .
I get square waves on pin 16 of 3 ic’s the 4th ic the one that was missing the diode has no square wave

All of the fets have rail to rail square waves even the fets that the diode was missing for the driver ic I just don’t get a square wave on pin 16
When you checked the FETs, did you check from pin 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3?
If so, did you compare their reading to those of the other channels?

I checked the fets 1-2 1-3 2-3 they all checked the same but I did this in circuit . I will have to pull the fets in the channel where the diode was missing and check them out of circuit
The fets for that channel test fine out of circuit

i also noticed in 3 of the ic’s I get 4 volts pin 16 and 1 ic has 20 volts on pin 16

I have 2 defective driver ic’s .
Now the only issue is trying to find these I don’t see anyone who has stock on the IRS2092S is there an alternative part number ?

Are you sure, 2 defective ICs? 3 were producing rail-rail oscillation.
What makes you think they're defective?
