Amp came in with a blown output I removed the output and tried powering the amp up .
On the power supply fets I get the following voltages .
Gate :4.81
Drain:13.81
Source:5.51
Any ideas why I have 5 volts on the source leg ?

Ok nevermind that issue I had to put it back in the heatsink and use the screws that make the ground
amp powers up and idles fine produces rail and regulated voltages but amp has no output .
How do I check both high and low side drive to the outputs in this amp ?

For a quick (not a thorough check), just check the rail switchers to see if they have any drive.
What do you see on U301 pins 5 and 7?

Ok I cleaned all switches and amp has output but very distorted .
When the audio plays it also has a noise through the test speaker like a chainsaw running

I can’t get my scope to lock onto the signal .
here is what I get on the output terminal for the distorted output . When trying to take a pic this is all I can get but the signal looks the same across the entire display of the scope
this is with a 60hz sine wave

In post 10, you said no to:
Do you have clean audio on the negative side of C355?
Is that still true?
