So, going to recap this sony pre, it's a ta-86 but wanted to run through the circuit diagram to spend my money in the right places, so in the pic below have I circled all the signal caps? Thanks
These are all tantalum caps. I would replace the 10uF with new tantalum and the 0.47uF with film. Or all with new tantalum.

I would replace those with Nichicon UES series 35VDC bipolar capacitors instead. You won't regret it,
since they are excellent and will actually fit on the board properly.

They are in the signal path of the Bass Boost circuit. You bypass it when you connect to Output 1. If you only use Output 1 then don't worry about it.
Should be no issue replacing them with film, some might argue it will slightly (maybe not at all) change the original sound.
Note that C306, C307, C310, and C311 circuit can be replaced with a single 10uF non-polarized cap.

So this is because two in series would make them 5uf but because there in parallel the one 10uf to replace all 4 is good?

Hi, C306, C307, C310, and C311 could be just 1 good quality physically fitting 10 µF MKP or MKT cap. I would then omit C308 as paralleling caps is not my cup of tea.
C402,C403 and C404, C407 can all be MKT film caps. C408 and C409 can be good quality electrolytic caps. As usual I recommend Wima MKS2 in 5 mm if these fit. With modern caps like FC no parallel cap is necessary but this is probably open for debate. As much as it was once in fashion... electrolytic caps have become better and in many cases just 1 good cap is enough.
Now I forgot most of those old Sony devices but if the regulators tolerate it you can also use MKT 4.7 µF for C408/C409. If you will be using Wima MKS2 then pretin the lead wires before soldering them into the board.

In the pics below, 1st any issues using a single 10uf as calc says 11uf when in series and second pic could I use a single 4.7uf as in series says 5uf? Thanks

Usual modders are going to increase a lot of the cspacitor's value thinking that bigger is better which is not always the case.
I think you mean 50%. Besides electrolytic are normally +/- 20% and that is steady state ( voltage and temp)
But before changing value, better see what the function is. PS bypass you are playing horseshoes, The DC blocking cap on the feedback HP filter, maybe more important. Anything in the signal path can be a pole or zero and effect stability ( but those are usually very small and close tolerance caps)
