I don't have any definitive information and you should wait for someone who does but... The markings you're seeing are produced by the amp manufacturer to prevent you from knowing the original parts. This is common on the amps made in Brazil.
The Brazillian amps use the IRF1404 in the power supplies in a LOT of their amps. For the outputs, the IRFB4115 may be a possible candidate.

Good morning ! Will update ! The diodes for now I have used mur3060pt and mur3060pa I have replaced the mosfet of the pwm with irfb3006 and the amplifier is restarted! I will now order mur1620 diodes!
