Those are MKP polyprilene in oil capacitors, they have been tested and they are great within specs. I have ten of them and they are in Italy
Generlly these are good, I have smaller 47uF in aCLC for my 300B. They don’t wear down and stay correct for ages. There is no fuse inside like in some MKP’s. So apary from the price - use them!
Some of the best in my opinion, poly in oil, maybe somehow similar to ASC.
