Hi all
The above mentioned amp is dead. All fets looking good. The amp does not come on at all. Pin16 of 494 has around 11v.

594 is having oscillations.

Check the power supply and output mosfets, Q12,Q13 with an ohmmeter.

The 11volts on Pin 16 is shutting down the TL494 . Lift D7. If the amp powers up measure the DC voltage around U1, U2 and U3-74HC74.

Is it safer to remove the driver board away before I force to to power it on by removing d7? Because I cannot reach up to get voltages with driver board on it. Also will it be safer to do so that I won't blow anything bad?
Checked all mosfets and all looks good no shorts.

You can remove the input and PWM driver boards with no impact on the DC voltages around the IC. Use power ground as reference (Black Probe)

I removed the diode and got all the oscillations on output mosfets. When I connect diode it goes protection. Tomorrow I will check voltages of u3 and let you know. Thank you sir.

Correction:

Measure the DC voltages around U3 referenced to the (-) speaker terminal.
Always use the following format when posting DC voltages around an IC.

U3
1-
2-
3-
4-
etc..

Also, post DC voltages for both U1 & U2, this time using the power ground terminal.
