Working on an Audiopipe APSM-1500. Goes immediately in to protect when powering up. No shorted outputs or mosfets in the power supply. No drive to the gates of the power supply mosfets.Anyone have a schematic of the protect circuit?

Finally got in touch with Audiopipe. They were kind enough to send me the schematic. Very nice people over there at Audiopipe.
Pulled the driver board. Checked all the transistors and diodes. Nothing burned on it. Replaced the PWM anyway. No change.

I just happens to have the SAME amp with the exact same issue, just different brand name (amps are identical 1:1).
I do have new 100% working driver supply cards, tried 2 new ones. Same issue. Goes straight into protect. I worked really late last night on this amp and can't remember clearly but there was unusual voltages at pin 15 an 16. This led to 5v internally to pin 3 for the TL494.
Grounding pin 3, makes the amp come alive and there is a nice gate drive for the PS fets. There is something else on the mainboard leading to protect scenario as i've tried 2 new power supply boards and the amp exhibit the same issue.

The collector of Q49 and the anode of D28 are directly connected. They should have the same voltage.
Also, where is the 14v on the collector of Q49 coming from? There is no voltage on the other terminals of the transistor and the diode would block voltage from getting there.

The schematic is not accurate. Trying to trace it on the driver board. I know it feeds out of the driver board on pin 5 or 12 depending on the numbering of the board. It goes to R50 and R44 on the main board. Up close to the output driver board. Let you know what I find.
Lenon89 has a better schematic. The part designation numbers are different. Here is a list.
