This driver JBL 12" 12PW will work as subwoofer for a HT?

The specs that i found was

Sensitivity (dB): 94
Frequency Response (Hz): 40Hz - 5200Hz
Resonance Frequency (Hz): 46
Thielle Small Parameters:
BI: 12.73
Qms: 8,900
Qts: 0.510
Sd: 0.051m2
Vases: 87,7L
Vd: 255cm3
Xmax: 5

Maybe can use 2 of them, want to use it for HT with linearray as main speakers.

I can get 2 JBL for half the price of Faital Pro 12fh510 or Faital Pro 12FH500

I dont care about SPL, mainly want to go lower, 20hz will be great.

Dont know if can get some driver in Argentina that let me go 20hz low without sell my house to purchase it

Options that i found are Alpine S w12d4 and B52 Flm-812 can run at 8ohms but looks like are mainly for car audio

Faital will be the best then, but to get low you will have to use 18" drivers i think to get low and you will not reach 20Hz. To do that you need special drivers that are build to go that low. Those chinese look suspicious to me and don't have the right specs neighter to go that low.

The problem with getting gear outside of Argentina is the import taxes...Buy a $155 driver from, say Parts-express, maybe $75 to ship it here.
When said goods arrive, the post office will search for a legitimate receipt & charge you the $155 just to get it into your hands...155+155+75=385 ...yikes huh?
Now Argentina makes its own gear, I'm running right now a vintage 12" full-range in upgraded original cabinets...Leea is the brand & they seemingly make lots of raw drivers along with the T/S parameters to engineer your own.

At least they got the Delta Pro18A.
If you have some space and SPL is not an issue, you can get around 110 dB at 20 Hz on 80 Watts, limited by cone excursion of 6,7 mm.

In fact you can load it to Xlim of 15 mm at 400 W, but you need a bigger vent to handle that.

FWIW, Keele's Extended Bass Shelf [EBS] alignment = ~1282 L tuned to ~14.6 Hz, though recommend 16 Hz tuning and you'll ideally need a 5.4 ohm series resistance or some form of frequency shaping EQ to flatten its response, though tuned this low, room/boundary gain may do it good enough.

Power handling of course is quite low at 20 W/16 Hz/~108 dB m/2pi, so better to have it hard against a wall for ~114 dB/1pi or corner ~120 dB/0.5pi, all assuming a massive/rigid construction of course.

An 8"/20.32 cm dia. vent x 5.75"/14.6 cm yields a very efficient ~11 m/s vent mach.
