I have it. It is Excellent. USB to Computer and you have a curve tracer and a means to save and compare the Data.
There is a poor man's version of the tester for a tiny fraction of the price:
LCR-TC1 Multi-Function Transistor ESR Capacitance Meter Tester
LCR-TC1 Multi-Function Transistor ESR Capacitance Meter Tester
Thanks for your answers , I agree with whoever said " I am too poor to buy cheap things",
I am not looking for the most expensive tools either, but I just dont want waste my money on a cheap tester .

Some of the cheap transistor testers test with about 2mA !
A Hfe reading at a typical running current would be much better.

I have a number of component testers; none is infallible. If a test is important then it's best in true engineering fashion to make the measurement using three completely independent test principles, or at the very least multiple methods. Often much is learned by trying to understand when three different test methods give different results. Having said that and despite its low price I find the LCR-T1 an invaluable tool. It's so inexpensive that it's a no-brainer to have one.
Hello dear friends, I am curious about peak atlas lcr45,
