Hi Guys,I need your educated opinion preferably based on pracatical experience-I want to buy quite a few NOS or New which ever sound better and I'm looking for the following tubes ECC88,805A and KT66 or all it's equivalent at an appealing prices and I would be thankful if you could refer me to such sources of sale who are not too greedy in their $ demands for such tubes.
This guy is in your part of the world. I think the prices are boxes of 100.
AEC Tube
Otherwise these people are very good ...
Billingtons
Langrex
Those are just two companies I have used, I am sure there will be other recommendations.

Those sources don’t exist, 6N23P is your best bet for an affordable ECC88 alternative. That is NOS
Power tubes tend not to last as long as preamp tubes.
Valve art makes a good KT66 on original MOV tooling, and 805 or equivalents are still made by shuguang.

I doubt those AEC guys actually have anything in stock, i think they drop ship from the larger suppliers, So either a scam, or you can get a better price by image searching the image. Their prices arent even cheap, you can get better prices by buying directly from their suppliers.
Some Photo's are from well known ebay sellers.
Smart buisness model model, cheap website and have everyone else hold the inventory and do all the work, but if the customer has a complaint about quality the middle man is likely nowhere to be found. Been there, Be careful with middle men that dont even have a tube tester.
BTB up in Germany is one of the largest tube sellers around. Those are professional people who do quality control and sample each tube batch. Not some shady middlemen without a VAT code or buisness adress.

Second BTB recommendation. I've bought from them - good service and prices. Langrex are good too.

Could you provide a link for them?
For KT66 and ECC88 (E88CC) try JJ KT66 and JJ E88CC from Eurotubes.com
They get their tubes direct from JJ in Slovakia. And then they re-test them for many characteristics, such as grid current, transconductance, bias, plate current, noise, matching, etc.
I have used JJ tubes: ECC81/12AT7, ECC82/12AU7, ECC83/12AX7, KT66, KT77, KT88, 6L6GC, and 7591.
They all sound good to me, and bias up as expected, etc.
I believe they will ship to Israel, from the US.
I am fortunate, I just drive over to Eurotubes in Oregon, and pick up the types I want from them.

I think you can always replace a 6N23P with an EC88, but you can't always replace an EC88 with a 6N23P.
Anyhow,I thank you all for the recommendations-the quantity bulk seems nice ,but I don't need 100tubes .Some tubes are ECC88 NOS of Sovtek ,although at a very good price- I'm clueless as to it's sound quality and finesse.
Regretfully,I couldn't find any 805A or it's equivalent WE331A within those recommended sites.

You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes, well, you might find
You get what you need

I think you meant ECC88; EC88 is a single high mu triode.
I've used Edicron UK - Electronic and Audio Valves a couple of times. Dreadful website so always call to discuss and order.
Look at the Svetlana 6N1P data sheet.
It lists u = 33, rp = 4400 Ohms, and Gm = 7700uMhos.
The Gm and rp values are reversed.
Look at the curves on that same data sheet, 70V change of plate voltage, and 10mA change of plate current . . . That is an rp of 7000 Ohms.
The data sheet Gm and rp values are swapped.
The 6N1P is not the same as a 6DJ8. The 6DJ8 Gm is higher, and the 6DJ8 rp is lower.
Only the u is similar.
And I have used both 6N1P and 6DJ8, they both work great, but not the same.

If you download the wholesale catalogue from Billingtons, they have 4 separate options for 805 including 2 for NOS.
Thanks,Do you happen to recall what page was it-there are hundreds of pages within their catalogue.....
