Amp powers up and produces rail and regulated voltages .

The problem is the short led is lit and amp has no output .

Outputs test fine .

Any ideas ?

Solder a bridge between pins 1 and 2 of U200. Does it give you a 50% duty cycle?

If this is not what you mean how do I check for 50-% duty cycle

Post the DC voltage on all terminals of U200 with the bridge in place, then 1 and 3 with the bridge.

Let me try this again. My fault.

Post the DC voltage on all terminals of U200 without the bridge.

Then 1 and 3 with the 1-2 bridge in place.
