Next challange,I well use chr-90.
CHR-90 is also good sounds.

Hello Nandappe ,There is no problem with 16mm plywood.
Please adjust the absorbing material to your liking.
Can you please elaborate of the TQWT or the TWTD design provides a better bass response for the same driver...

DDVP (TQWT) and TWTD have similar low-frequency extension and volume.
DDVP has a large duct area and is attached to the front, making it more dynamic.
TWTD has a smaller duct area and is offset to the rear, resulting in fewer peaks and dips.

the original Sibelius speaker has a narrow duct while your design has a much wider duct ... any difference in the design...

Officially called a "restricted terminus”. It provides mass-loading which adds another low pass filter in the design, allowing for less damping and more fundemental to reinforce the bottom.

So basically for a MOAP 11 , the DDVP 15 would be an appropriate choice.
