I would say the chances of just the resistors 'fixing it' are a lot less than a quarter of a half of one percent.

There will be multiple component failures resistors, diodes, FETs and Transistors.
The Amplifier is from around 1996 so if your are going to attempt repair verify that the FETs and Transistors are still available.
The repair may prove to be uneconomical.
