I have a set of beovox 5700 speakers and I believe the capacitors may need changing/ upgrading.. does anyone know the exact ones to purchase they are the beovox 5700 6254 version. I am looking to put speaker ports in the back aswell and replace the old cable hanging out of the back of the speaker. Thanks In advance if anyone can steer me in the right direction.
Welcome!
You mean to put speaker 'terminals' on the back I hope, and not a reflex port.
Have you looked at the crossover boards yet? B&O tended to use bipolar electrolytic capacitors with their values clearly marked on them.
If in doubt, attach some photos of the board.

Here's a diyAudio thread on the renovation of the Beovox 5700 which may be helpful to you. In this case it's the 6253 version. I don't know how different that may be from your 6254 version.
