Thats nice. All over the past two weeks I'm testing with the same 2.1 subwoofer board.two stereo channels ok.but the subout is very low since it will deliver around 65-70W on 4 ohms.which is not enough for me.I got to know the subout is mono parallel.
I didn't spend much time looking at all the specs of the CCM250PS24, but from what I did see it looks like a great PSU.
Here are some quick thoughts:
1) Texas Instruments lists a MAX voltage of 26 volts for the TPA3116D2 chip, I'd personally run it at ~90% so roughly ~23.4 volts.
2) The CCM250PS24 looks to have about +/- 3% voltage adjustment, you'll need to adjust it almost all the way down. Please use your multimeter.
3) Enjoy...

Thanks for all the advice. I think I'm going to stick with the original PSU. I don't need the extra power. It seems like a lot of work for +4db.
The target of my original project is 'Outdoor Barbecue Systems' that plug in to lighting circuits. Traditional lighting rings are designed to accommodate the power draw from incandescent lighting. With the advent of fluorescent and LED lighting there is redundant headroom in lighting circuits. I want to build something for a garden, where you can plug in your phone - with a power consumption below 100 watts.
The new power supply is superfluous.

24V supply will only give you more power and a little higher sound-level. On the negative side, a bit more chip heating.
Looks like a really nice power supply. But the price I see is also pretty high. Use for another project.

Hi in another thread i mentioned i have bought a Fosi Audio BT20 A TPA3116d2 based amp and i like it
No pop noise on/off, very fast to get sound out of the littel box relative to turning it on/of, not noise adjusting the bass,treble and volume, flawless bluetooth
I just which to buy a linear power supper 6 or 6.75a and 24 volt, one of those you just plug the power cable from the linear power supply to the amp and a power cord to the back of the linear power supply and into a wall socket, i just can't seem to finde one, is there any one who know of such a power supply ?
