Thanks a Lot.
The schematic isnt the correct one i have different components and setup. q6,q7,q9,q10 are shorted between gate and source and the prevous owner removed a lot of components already and didnt know any part numbers any more. (maybe that are 4 diodes i dont know)

Unfortunatly Rockford could not help me with the right schematic. I replaced the powersupply fets and the drive ic tl494 and the drive transistor behind the ic and its still drawing to much current and the waveform on the output pin 16 of the tl494 is bad. Can someone help me with the direction to surge in.
File off pin 15 and 16 attached
Best regards Vosje.

Look up the 494 datasheet. You have the wrong pin configuration.
Are you sure that it's the power supply that's causing excessive current draw?
What do you consider 'excassive'?
Ground the scope to the source leg of the PS FETs and recheck the drive.

The 4 diodes out off cicuit and the fets and transformer get a bit warm by 10v 1.34 amp and with 12v 2,53 amps
Please read the following page and if you won't read all of it, please, at least read the 'best initial settings' section.
Those look OK (could be clearer if you were to take the time). The problem may be further down the line. Post the gate waveforms (scope grounded to source) with no B+.

Thats a real nice and clear explanation off how to use an oscilloscoop correctly. I will studie a bit more in how to do it the right way. Thanks a lot and ill try to sent the correct waveforms as soon as possible. And i will keep learning every day.
