TIP41C
Right on the outputs FETs.
For the PS, FETs, I'd use the IRF3205 with 47 ohm gate resistors.
If the PS FETs failed, expect the driver transistors to have failed as well.

I'll start from the beginning.
I am a beginner electronics. I had no contact with a class D amplifier. Unfortunately, I do not have an oscilloscope, I do not know if I can repair it. I await delivery of the items.
I installed IRFZ44 in PS. When supplying a 12V amplifier, I get +/- 60V on the PS output. The red led is on. Power transistors (IRF3710z) are removed. HIP4080 removed.
I am asking for help in repairing and gaining new experience.

You don't have ±60v. This amp has only one high voltage rail.
Without the outputs in the circuit, the voltages on the 4080 aren't very useful.
You can solder a bridge between terminals 1 and 2 of the LM833 to get a few more useful voltages.
