Being looking at this board for a few hours checked all transistors and change most diodes
i marked the voltages i am getting at test points
could anyone take a look and send me in the right direction..
most of the voltages are twice what they should be see attached

So I did, and found that this power supply is notorious for its problems. I solved the puzzle by removing it althogether and have it replaced with four (domestic tungsten/halogen light) transformers, a massive Greatz-bridge and a bank of eight tropic-grade capacitors. And a relay to switch between A and B (2x12V in parallel vs 2x12 in series, per rail). It plays....looking at this board for a few hours...
Keep in mind there are two main variations of this supply: the 110V and 220V versions. Not knowing where you're from, I supplied the EU version below. If it is a 220 version on 240V, you get 9% higer values (131 is close to measured 134).
