Amp will power up with only power and ground .
If I hook the remote up to it then the thermal led lights up .
It’s producing rail and regulated voltages with only power and ground hooked up but the amp has no output
Any ideas on where to start?

I'm sorry. I thought that this was like the smaller amps. Q407.
Does the amp produce audio?
If not, does it produce 1/2 of rail on the speaker terminals?

Amp produces clean audio .
If I add remote the amps thermal led will light .
Transistor is marked WY
Since I don’t know what transistor it is here are the voltages I get working left to right

I checked the transistor it checks fine and replaced it with new one just to be sure and same issue amp powers up with only power and ground
Post the DC voltage on all terminals of the LM324. Copy and paste this list.

The diode is leaky .
I dont have that diode on hand
Do you a diode that would work in that location or the part number ?

That fixed the problem with the amp turning on with only battery and ground hooked up. Amp works as it should .
Now the only problem I have is the thermal light is Illuminated when the amp is on but it plays clean audio .
I will take the amp apart and see if something is shorting out at the led board

That's about what I have in notes.
Pull the thermistor away from the heatsink and cool it with component cooler or an inverted can of canned air. Does the LED go out?
Don't let whatever was clamped with the thermistor overheat.
