Based on that, Pin 4: E2 and Pin 5: B2 have damaged traces.
B2 is tied to B1 and in turn tied to Pin 6 of IC20-UC3843.
E2 is tied to R32,R33-1RΩ or R11,R12-33RΩ.I can't tell with just a schematic. Whatever E1 is tied too, then E2 will be the opposite.
