They are from crossover pcb.
Judging by the attached image, the components are covered with a black shrink tube or a black rubber sleeve. This was made, if capacitor variants are chosen without isolation envelope like those from the attached image.
If we know the brand so as the exact model naming with serial No.,, more details will be called.

The FL6/23 crossover used in the Falcon Acoustics LS3/5a Gold Badge is a faithful recreation of the original BBC 15-ohm design. It features:

Two autoformers (in both the positive and negative paths) for the woofer to ensure symmetrical amplifier loading.

A dedicated transformer for the tweeter to fine-tune output and match driver tolerances.

Hand-selected resistors and polycarbonate capacitors for accuracy and tone.

Low-inductance components on a multilayer PCB for clean signal paths.

This complex, BBC-specified crossover enhances midrange clarity, tightens bass, and smooths treble—delivering a highly accurate, emotionally enga
ging sound.

I don't know who manufactures the falcon black ones, I know that these are mkp not polycarbonate.
My black ones seems to the falcon capacitors but as I said before there aren't any signs on them, no any shrink tubes. The values are right, but I search the manufacturer of them.

Falcon make LS3/5a, so the capacitors have been made and badged for them. I'd leave them alone.

the capacitor brand "RIFA" was used. Even in the newer FALCON crossover network parts maybe RIFA was the used manufacturer.
