Is this crossover board 12dB/oct or 24dB/oct

Hello. I don't have much information on how to adjust the Q factor; I just read on the Sound AU website that subtractive crossovers are not good. I can't say I fully understand it either. I just want to make the best active crossover I can around 250Hz, and that's why I won't be using the subtractive crossover PCBs I have. I will make a circuit like in Project 9. I can't import these boards into Turkey because our import limit, including postage, is $30. If there's a place where I can buy a similar PCB at a reasonable price, or if you could send me the layout files, I would appreciate it.

In this case you don’t have to. It is already correct. What you have to do is ensure accurate component values.
I now understand that subtractive crossovers can also be LR, but after reading on the Sound Au site that these types of crossovers have issues, I decided not to use my ready-made PCBs. I want to achieve the best and most accurate sound possible because I am obsessive about it. Maybe I wouldn't hear a difference with Project 9, I'm not sure, but I want to build the best one possible.

You might consider a State Variable crossover scheme. These are my personal preference, simpler circuit, frequency set by only 4 equal value resistors or capacitors, phase coherent, and more.

I don't know of a ready-made board for a 4th-order version, but I haven't been looking for one either, as my needs are already met. OTOH, it shouldn't be too hard to design a board for fabrication.
