That would be perfect.
The minor drawback is that TLV4111 (or TLV4110) is only in SOIC-8.
That is a small IC.
As I said this fits 8, 16, 32, 60, 100, 150 and 300 headphones.
For 600 Ohm there are better amplifiers.
Slew rate of this op amps is awfull at 1.5V/us even the rc4558 has better slew rate at 3V/us.
Also what is the point of R5?

But I think it is good enough for this application.
The major benefit of TLV4111 is the low voltage +/-2V is no problem.
Also it has Rail to Rail output.
And high currents is no problem.
Given those conditions it has a good output into those headphones.

the opa165x works from +/-2.2V and up and has excellent specs, it also seems that i should have an easier time finding it.
oh thats why. only issue i have is that its quite expensive becuse i would need to get it from mouser/digikey
More than enough given the low voltage swing.
If the maximum voltage swing is 2 volts peak then the slew rate needed for even 50kHz output is 2pi*f*vpeak which is 0.63v/us
