So did the retailer you bought them from do anything for you when this tube failed? Like offer a refund or replacement or? Sorry I'm confused why you are so mad at the PSvane rep here for asking some basic questions, rather than just returning the tubes from the retailer you purchased them from when this happened.
I did buy Psvane tubes on AliExpress. One in the pair failed. The seller asked to record a video showing that the tube was arc’ing. I did, even though I was concerned it could damage my amp. Then the seller asked my to record a video of me smashing the failed tube. I did. Then the seller said the factory had shutdown and the item was beyond the refund period.

How would they know?
Any retailer worth his salt is going to give you your money back if he sent you two sets of tubes that failed

I agree it sucks. You bought bad tubes, but it happens get over it and buy them from a reputable retailer in the future.
And when you get the tubes, run them for a couple days to make sure there’s no issues.
FIY if you buy directly from Psvane, or Viva- you get a full one year warranty on Psvane.

Buy from a local vendor, then you have some recourse
You’d be lucky if the manufacture decides to do something he’s not responsible for every piece of product out there

Just a FIY-I'm not "sticking up" for Psvane, New Sensor or any other manufacture. My point is buy state side, unless you ok with taking a larger risk. Myself have bought plenty of Psvane from Viva. Never a issue. Same with New Sensor. Thye reward loyalty by replacing bad stuff even out of the warranty period. Something to think about IMHO. Then you're not dealing with a foreign company-its up to the vendor. My life easy on yourself!
