Mine's on two damaged HDs, but the late/great JMMLc's more advanced math is somewhere here.

I see it now GM, very light purple.

Guess I'm going color blind as it looks grey to me.

Thanks for the geometry. DId you find this online or use a calculaor? Which calculator did you use if the latter?

I would also like to know how to Blend conical to OS at the throat as I believe you're right that this would yield better results.

Nope, I will figure that out. I want to make a os/conical big enough for the new DCX354. That driver looks very nice.

OS needs termination (roundover). How low will you take it?

I will design around a 560hz crossover point. So maybe 500hz it would have to do the lowest.

So perhaps around 40 inches across for the 90 degree waveguide before compromising and optimising.

The 40 degree part would need to be much larger.
