I can understand your reaction, just becausee everyone may see something in it.
However, since generally speaking I'm optimistic I guess he could be a young guy with a passion for trade who is starting to earn something and is even creating a market for that. 🙂

Looks to me like the building has been abandoned, as in another used record store bites the dust.
Yes, it can even be as you described about the building.
Anyway, I zoomed in and the store looks just open with some LPs in the window and a neon sign that looks like it's lit, although I couldn't make out what it says.
