Im cutting out the mid driver recessed and I've finished my first pass and something doesn't add up. It looks like the mid driver is too close to the tweeter compared to other peoples travelers. I've drawn out where it's supposed to be in the end and drivers are suspiciously close. Is my math not mathing and I'm crazy or did other people move their mid driver down or did the diamater of the tweeter change????

Generalizing here but you usually want the tweeter as close to the as possible. Ideally < 1/4 wavelength of the crossover frequency but that is hardly ever possible.
On one of the speakers I built I actually trimmed a bit of the tweeter face plate off to get it closer to the mid.
Also ideally you do not want the tweeter on the centre line of the baffle but offset to one side for edge diffraction reasons. You'd end up with handed speakers ie the left would be the mirror image of the right speaker.

Not only DIYS builder often choose looks over acoustic rules and physics. For a rule of thumb, the higher the crossover frequency, the closer the drivers have to be. So if you put your 200 Hz crossed woofer in some distance to the midwoofer, that will do no harm.
The very popular d'Appolito MTM combination can, in most cases, not be build as the rule dictates, but works quite well even when drivers are too far apart.

From the numbers in the graphic, I think they should be 17/32" apart (0.53125").
I often convert fractions to decimals just to make the arithmetic easier as I am a veteran of numerical errors 🤣 .
Lately I have been working in mm and trying to avoid fractions all together.
If your midrange tunnel can still be accommodated, I don't think that there is a significant problem.
