Not specifically, but let us know where you have trouble. Check the store site, I think it lists all the parts. If not, the schematic is the source of truth. 6L6's build guide is an exceptional resource.

Schematics are in 6L6s guide(s) among other places. Not sure what you mean by a "package" that Mouser or DigiKey would offer, but it's likely that the answer is, no.

Your 'v3' boards correspond to the schematics on page 2 here: https://www.firstwatt.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/art_f5_turbo.pdf

Please note there are changes (addition of P3, some part label and value changes) in this version compared to the original. The first build guide IAIMH linked above references contains a lot of info and discussions over the years but the earlier posts references the original schematics. So please keep that in mind when reading it.

The second build guide linked is for the current v3 version so I suggest you start there.
