I'm looking for a pair of 270uF to 330uF film/foil capacitors (preferably polypropylene) for a parafeed amp build. Voltage rating should be 250V DC or better. I would also consider paralleling a couple of smaller caps (70-150uF) to make up the final capacity.

Thanks for looking!

They surely look great but I'm not a fan of Ali. I don't know what rating you actually need but the text says it's 250V DC, which means it's AC rating is lower. And the photo says 250V AC. I guess you will find out eventually.

I think the caps will see something like 60-80V DC bias with - worst case - about twice that in AC peak voltage on top, so 250V DC should do the trick.

Before I consider commercial offerings, I was hoping that someone might have a pair of coke can sized caps stashed away somewhere...

My opinion is,if you looking for something cheap than Panasonic or Vishay DC link are OK,if you want something better than Clarity TC and Mundorf Tubecap are one of the best😉
But off course becose you need only 250V dc typ you can choose also some other PP caps like standard Jantzen,Mundorf,Clarity SA and ESA and so on.......

He doesn't need to put a 2nd mortgage on his home to buy the caps he needs. I'm wondering why the cap value ne needs is so high in the first place...
A combination of electrolytic and film cap may be at least as suitable and a lot less expensive.

Mouser has some Kemet 47uF polypropylene caps for automotive duty. They actually have a 250VAC rating. They ain't cheap, but they're not audiophool expensive, either. The caps have 4 leads, so it's a specialty part that needs a new footprint in whatever PCB layout software is used.
