Time Travel

I did watch a program on Einsteins equations that talked about this possibility of time travel not being ruled out mathematically but don't the equations also seem to say that to do so would need an almost infinite amount of energy. ?
So we could do it if we could go back in time and capture the Big Bang, which would need a really big Klein bottle.
If Tachyons exist how would we find them?
Do we need to slip sideways and capture a new Big Bank in a parallel universe and bring it back home and how do we time it so that the capture takes place at the most energy dense period before expansion take place

Einstein already made two serious mistakes at the beginning of his SRT generation!
a) He disregarded the symmetry of "relativity" (by motion) by omitting one of the two observers (two systems per one motion).
b) He claimed that the distortions (per motion) of the images correspond to the physical reality of what is depicted;-)
Result: unscientific, nonsensic SRT and GRT. No "time travel".
First semester level: critizism of theories;-)

The speed of light is taken as the universal speed limit, but the size and age of the universe implies that the universe expands faster than light speed 🙃 Inflation
😉
Universe = totality of all: uni/one collection, all in uni/one relation: All.
A concept only. Without a physical beginning or extent (except the number of parts).
But strictly speaking, it is uni, i.e. one, so it cannot be increased;-)

Ordinary particles which have mass speed up as they gain energy.

Faster than light tachyons, being 'anti-mass' particles, would actually slow down as they gain energy, with the speed of light being their slowest possible speed.

However, 'anti-mass' still constitutes mass-energy which means that tachyons should still have some gravitational effect.

It’s possible highly sensitive detectors could spot this effect.

P.S. Did you know that the word “tachyon” is derived from the Greek word 'tachy', meaning swift?

Here's a link that gives a thorough explanation of how distant galaxies can recede from us faster than light:

Quote:

"The answer has to do with the difference between special relativity and general relativity. Special relativity requires what is called an “inertial reference frame” – more simply, a backdrop. According to this theory, the speed of light is the same when compared in all inertial reference frames. Whether an observer is sitting still on a park bench on planet Earth or zooming past Neptune in a futuristic high-velocity rocket ship, the speed of light is always the same. A photon always travels away from the observer at 300,000,000 meters per second, and he or she will never catch up.

General relativity, however, describes the fabric of spacetime itself. In this theory, there is no inertial reference frame. Spacetime is not expanding with respect to anything outside of itself, so the the speed of light as a limit on its velocity doesn’t apply. Yes, galaxies outside of our Hubble sphere are receding from us faster than the speed of light. But the galaxies themselves aren’t breaking any cosmic speed limits. To an observer within one of those galaxies, nothing violates special relativity at all. It is the space in between us and those galaxies that is rapidly proliferating and stretching exponentially."

If you were a Decca executive and could go back to 1962 and sign The Beatles, how different would popular music be?

Would they have had as good and creative a producer - possibly; would they have been as big and influential - possibly?

George Martin saw their potential, asked them to ditch Pete Best for recording and asked them re-arrange Please Please Me from a ballad to an uptempo number, thereby getting them their first number one. Two fundamental steps in breaking the band.
