The Beymas and Mundorfs look great until you look at their prices. Go for it if money is no object!
How do you expect us to comment on the sound quality ?
The Beyma is probably the better solution IF you are willing to take some steps with modification, removing the 1600hz ish resonance by changing thee backchamber, makes it useable lower in frequency with a very good behavior.
You also omitted to give any info on the rest of the system.

I’m planning multi way systems, maybe 4-way, these I see on range over 2khz, need nice spl and sure highest possible sound quality, without horn. Or large horns at least. So I see on large Heil, Mundorf and Beyma as best from these . On range 200-2000 Hz, my guess , I’m create another topic.
