I'm rebuilding two very trashed Vermona L9033s and wondering if can i fit an EU mains cable into a 6.35mm jack like this? Thanks in advance.
This connector is not rated for mains voltage, so that would not be a good idea.
Not to mention that one of the conductors is connected to the bare metal handle.
And a stereo version would still not be a good idea.

Its not for mains voltage, the vermona speakers came with 6.35mm female connectors and the amp have 6.35 connnector as output. I don't wanna buy speaker cables and have a lot of mains cable around. This connector is not rated for mains voltage, so that would not be a good idea.

I had to look that up! You're making speaker cables: https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/klingentha_l9033l_903.html
The speakers are rated at 15 W so 3A, 0.5 mm^2 two core mains flex will do.
Look it up and check the dimensions to see if it would fit the jack plug.
Next size up is 6 A, 0.75 mm^2.
If it's like the standard 3 conductor line cord like we have here in the US it probably won't fit...I was able in an "emergency" situation long ago to use some with a phone plug like that one by leaving the spring strain relief out and drilling out the cap end a little.

I read that the maximum cable size for a 6.35 mm jack plug is 7 mm.
In that case 3 A, 0.5 mm^2 flexible cable with a typical diameter of 5.25 mm will fit.

Even the 6 A, 0.75 mm^2 flex from the same supplier is only 5.7 mm in diameter.

have a lot of mains cable around
Then I'm puzzled, why do you not just find out which 2-core mains flexible cable in your collection will actually fit the plug?
Re-reading post #1, perhaps you are simply asking if mains flex can be used as speaker cable.
In that case, the answer is yes.
Don't have the 6.35mm jacks yet and the local store doesn't provide any measurements of the connector sadly. I asked it if anybody did the same combination. Well i gotta use that 500m spool of mains wire somehow. Its my bad that i didn't clarify that i'm building speaker cables. Then I'm puzzled, why do you not just find out which 2-core mains flexible cable in your collection will actually fit the plug?
I've used 3-conductor, 0.75 mm^2 European mains cord for making a headphone extension cable with a pair of 1/4" TRS jacks. I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to do the same in your case.
