Self Inverting EL84s in Ultra Linear Mode.
That is the first time I have seen a self inverting UL output.

I really enjoy seeing designer's and builder's good amplifiers on Tubes / Valves.
"It is hard to argue with success" . . . successful amplifiers.

An interesting night-time view of my double quad 6550 2x115W amp. A couple of tubes nicely have a very strong flourescent blue on the inner envelope, why don´t the others show the same when all tubes are well matched ? trace impurities ?

In my experience, even if the tubes are of the same manufacturer, same vintage, and matched . . .
They often do not all have the same glow inside the envelope, same glow shape, or any glow at all.

Your guess is as good as mine . . .

Because I like the looks of it and for easy storage in my room.
It's not an original Peli, a cheaper version from DAP Audio.
