Sd and Bl behave like single driver
but MMS , RMS have potential to be doubled
Which make Vas , CMS appear smaller
Not much different than Iso Barik loading.
Or subwoofers that pile up magnets to mechanically work
in smaller enclosure.
Usual tradeoff is lower efficiency
As many assumed likely feedback or processor controlled.
To remove non linearity when driver cant exactly move as far forward as back.
Only assuming with processor with adaptive properties.
It could make enclosure seem much larger than basic Iso Barik could
at lower excursion levels.
At higher excursion levels, processor adapts and enclosure doesn't appear
much more than 2x larger like normal isobaric.
Of course with processor could also vary EQ to make overall sound
similar at different levels.

Curiously, f3/(efficiency) = constant, for any given box size. The corollary is that you can reduce box size whilst maintaining f3 by increasing Mms and Bl (as you might by adding an identical driver in isobaric configuration), but this is accompanied by a drop in efficiency, so you need more power.
This concept gets round this limitation using permanent magnets. The big negatives are that it will no doubt need a lot of sophistication to overcome inherent linearity and stability problems...

I am less than 30 minutes from the border and drop boxes are readily available, but if there isn't one to listen to, it's a bit of a deal breaker. Too many times I have been disappointed in other peoples' opinions.
Remember these are going to be north of $1k CAD to get them into Canada. 600 USD plus exchange plus border fees, for a boombox. I know it is small and that's the nice thing. I already have a powerful bi-amped box, it's just a little too big sometimes and runs on 120V. That's why I think one more in the stable is a good idea.

It helps if you have a person on each handle. The latches and hinges are just part of the toolbox theme. Ya, it’s a bit of a monster but I have a bad habit when it comes to audio gear.
Seems like the latter.
They're probably trying to be the next big thing since those Bose Wave radios.

If what they claim is true, It's much more than that. It will change the dynamic loudspeaker motor forever.
That won't matter to the bulk of persons buying this sort of thing. Big sound, small package are the two crucial parameters.
Cal, so you ordered one but since you are in CA you have to wait much longer than the US buyers and now we're all sitting here on our hands waiting for someone to measure this thing? I, too, am very curious as to how thing will perform under proper testing. 🙁Their site says only ContUSA shipping until the end of 2024.
No, I have not ordered one. I want to hear one.
No test drive?
No car!

Still trying to understand what makes this driver so special / different than a conventional dynamic moving coil driver, other than appearing to have a second resonant mechanical system engineered into it (looking at the foam disc).
If the cone is enclosed in the same given air space, how would the extra sprung moving mass overcome the lower enclosed air volume any more than it being just one traditional moving cone / VC assy. Please help me understand the new theory behind this driver, as I'm clearly too stupid to get it, despite my otherwise vast knowledge of loudspeaker technology.
