+1 Hiroshi (vt...) on ebay is a solid dude. Everything is shielded and looks high-end so anything you build will have ZERO hum, that is build success guaranteed.
Thank you for the hint.Look for a seller (vt6zp1--6) on ebay. The transformers are shipped from Japan. Super nice seller to deal with. I have purchased a total of (8) H-20-3.5U from him.

Yes, the VAT is 19% in my country and is applicable to all good that are coming form outside EU. The custom charge 19% from value of the goods+value of shipping. The prices are higher to start with but that VAT is a killer! Do you get charged VAT when you buy on ebay in EU?
This is the reason of looking for a pair in European Union or a second hand pair form outside EU at a reasonable price.
Hello,
If you get them from outside EU then you don't have to pay vat in the exporting country but you will have to pay in your own country. Your government will spend your vat on good things for your country.
Decades ago there were companies who would create a fake invoice so your additional cost will be lower. But these transformers are not expensive so i would not take the risk.

Hello,
If you don't need them next month and you are willing to be a decent price it could be possible to find a pair in Europe but you will have to wait one year to save 150€?
I would prefer the new one from Japan. Order today and get them before February has ended if customs in your country works not to slow.
