Here's the current state of the cabinet. Next stop is, Dennis Murphy will design the crossover--I for one am very excited.

Suggestion: mount double binding post to connect woofer and tweeter separately. Then it is much easier to experiment with an outside crossover with which you will be confronted anyway.
Some say that outside crossovers sound better as capacitors can be microphonic....

Thanks for the suggestion! I will ask Dennis about it! BTW, Purifi's "PTT SPK5" project had an external crossover, but I don't think the client would want that on the finished versions. john

Thank you again for pointing this out. Dennis Murphy agrees that it would be easier for him, and therefore I am asking the cabinetmaker to add another pair of binding posts! john
