WTB 2SK170 and 2SJ74

Looking for K170 and J74 for pre-amp mod/build of Hafler DH-110. I want to change the phono input stage to FET. If I can't find J74 then maybe a difamp using just K170bl, Anyone try it?
Anyone know where I might find some?

Pairs and Quads NN, PP, NP, NNPP, PPPP, NNNN (somewhat limited) All at or above 10mA. I can beat The Store.
