^ LOL! I'm not the one to bribe at this stage in the game. That may have been welcomed a few weeks ago. Both Super Mega Deluxe versions have been put through the wringer and signed off as production ready. 🙂
I could hazard a guess, but it would only be an estimation. I'd rather err on the longer side than shorter. I can say with a VERY high level of confidence that it will be AT LEAST 10 weeks from Monday.

To date... I have NEVER sold a single piece of my personal DIY gear. I form attachments, and I think it's pretty clear how much I love the Iron Pre.
With that said... although it would be like giving away a first child... I would be willing to part with two sets of boards. I might ask to be sent pictures to show they're in a new happy home romping through the meadow. 🙂
- I would part with one SE board with Jensen transformers and Omron relays.
- I would part with two balanced boards (one set) with Jensen transformers and Takamisawa relays.
These are fully built and functioning as intended. They were used in my system for quite a while as my primary pre-amps.
I've been thinking about it for a while, and I have no idea how best to get these to the people. So... since ZM got me off my butt by outing me publicly. 🙂
Send me a PM. PLEASE, do not put anything in this thread about contacting me etc. I am not going to go by order of messages received anyway. Tell me why you want the board(s) and which one(s). If it's a good enough story, and you can convince me of your love of all things ZM and Iron... we can work something out. What you're willing to pay for them won't be a deciding factor. I'm looking for the love of the music. I may ask some follow up questions to make me feel better that they'll actually go into a system and be used vs. sit on a shelf. If you can show me their future home (a chassis) where they'll be all warm at night... that might up your chances. I do not have a price in mind, and if you're convincing enough, they might be free (which would be my preference). Creativity will be rewarded. I also know English is not everyone's first language. I'll do my best if you'll do yours.

Two friends have been bugging me to build IP's for them for a while now, but they were also waiting for my Muses attenuator to work. Now that I'm almost at that stage, I want to tell them how long it will take. 'At least 10 weeks' can work for me (us). I'll keep an eye on the store stock.
