You can definitely order the ALTERA chip but I would say that to be safe if you can also order the ATMEL chip I wouldn't want the ATMEL to have been damaged by the lightning too.

Happy New Year to all. As you can see from the photo, the CD player has finally restarted, replacing the Altera chip, the problem now is the mechanics, it seems that there is no axis control. I suspect the chip that controls the mechanics was also damaged.

Hi Sergio, I have a 37with similar problem......when you switch on the main power the display flash for a moment then nothing.....and the leds above buttons stay on....
