I have wadia 860 cdp and our country uses 220 voltage. I'm anxiously looking for the Sony kss-151a laser lens optical pick up part that goes into my cdp. I want to get the real thing, not the fake one and I can't tell it apart. It would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me how to get this part. Thanks.
KSS-151A are the same independent of the country voltage used. Main voltage does not mind to laser unit characteristics.
I've never have bought a chinese KSS-151A, but I have curiosity for to see how it performs. I've bought a KSS-151a flat cable in Aliexpress or Ebay for to repair a KSS-151A and it is manufactured flawlessy.
Do yu have any experience in any chinese KSS-151A?

I also know that KSS-151A are the same independent of the country voltage used. However, if you look at the precautions of the product introduced in the following url, we must use only 100v voltage:

I have never used Chinese products. However, since my product is genuine made in the U.S., I also want to buy genuine parts made by Sony. Please let me know if you know how to buy genuine products produced by Sony.

I think it's more a problem of writing the ad and not of voltage depending on the country, it seems to come from a Japanese device dismantled and sold in parts and as the guy who writes the ad does not know certainly nothing, he warns for everything.
Your laser block does not care about the voltage of the country, that supply voltage is the same anyway.

Hi,
Thank you for your kind reply. I would appreciate it even more if you could tell me how to get good parts (place or url).

Ask tiefbassebertr, he is a local member very competent in the matter, he may be able to inform you, I only have one original model left, bought in the 90s and which I keep preciously for the day where I come across a cd player that is worth it.
Dear huggygood.
Thank you very much for your help. I can't find the contact number of the tapebassbertr you recommended. I can't find it even if I search as a member of this forum. Please give me a way to contact him. Can I buy it if you don't use the pickup you have? For your information, my email is wsyoo@inha.ac.kr
Best Regards,
Yoo

Dear huggygood,
I communicated with the tabassbertr you introduced me. But unfortunately, he hasn't dealt with it for a long time. Can I buy yours if you don’t use the pickup you have?
Best regards
