MP3 player/bluetooth board damaged after connecting to amplifier

Hi everyone,

I am new to this platform and trying to resolve one of my expensive problem.

I lost Left channel output of my Bluetooth board while once connected to my amplifier, again my MP3 player one channel weaken after connecting to the same amp.

can any one provide me a solution to this problem by sharing a circuit diagram which can be used between pre-amp and Bluetooth/MP3 player.

Some kind of reverse blocking circuit, i tried some resistance at input stage but the gain is disturbed.

Please guide,
thanks in advance

First this is analog section, I guess MP3/Bluetooth/Power Amp doesn't fit in.

Share the Model/Make of your power amp.
Which input (Aux/CD/whichever) you have used for bluetooth/MP3 player, was it the same in both the cases or different.

Apparently there is some voltage leakage at the inputs or may be a grounding issue, which needs diagnostic with equipment.

You should take the amp to a good service provider and get it fixed.

And please don't use all caps even for the thread title.

Hi, thank for your answer, please advise how to check voltage leaking at input stage, by multimeter it is showing nothing, please advise if I can put 100K resistance for both inputs one for left and other one for right. Any circuit suggestions for input stage to block any reverse voltage, will be highly appreciated
