Good day !
I have the possibility to get two ATC SB75-314 SC ( 8 Ohm ) in mint condition for a total of 1000€.
Now I'm thinking back and forth if I should buy them, because I'm planning an custom studio speaker project anyway...
What would you guys suggest me ?
ATC SB75-314 SC or something like the Volt RV3143 ?
I would pair them with some ATC SM75-150 I bought today.
Kind Regards
Alex

Have you seen any independent data on this woofer?
I saw the Volt tested by Vance @Voice Coil test bench. And it seems rather unimpressive to me. Surely in 2023, there are other 12' woofers that can play louder and cleaner than this:

If you have better solution for an 12 inch Studio woofer please let me know!
So you think the ATC SB75-314 SC which was manufactured between 1980/1990 is an better solution then the Volt?
Just to clarify : I would use the speakers in an recording studio and would crossover at 380 Hz.
