What EV rack equipment was made in Germany?

Hi guys,

I recently bought an EV AC1 audio controller, which is a subwoofer crossover that includes basic but useful tone controls. This unit is made in Germany and IMO is very well built with good parts and parts layout.

I tried searching for other gear that EV made in Germany, but the AI searches couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know how to find the other gear EV made in Germany?

Thanks,

Scott

Googling "Electro Voice made in Germany" pops up a whole variety of items, amps, controllers, speakers.
Many years ago EV was aquired by Robert Bosch GmbH (a huge group of companies) which also own Dynacord, a legendary german audio/PA company. EV and Dyncacord share the same Bosch street address. So I would guess EV's Made in Germany gear was actually designed and built by Dynacord staff

I had a Dynacord power amp for my band's PA. Got it on sale at LA Music. It was a beautiful piece of gear. There was a very similar amp under the EV label (same circuit, different cosmetics) that didn't look as hip. Anyway, the Dynacord sounded phenomenol and had oodles of power. Too much. No distortion. Fans of the band were always asking us to turn down(!) Then there was its peculiar knack for blowing up for no reason. I sent it back to EV many times for repair to where it bacame a joke. Blown diodes as I recall. Was sorry to see it go.

Funny, I get only one page of results listing the Q series amps and that about it.
