I'm looking for a constant directivity horn with 100-120° horizontal dispersion for a full range cardioid project. It shouldn't be wider than 460mm and ideally should fit on my 1.4" compression driver. The closest I've found so far is th RCF HF950, which has 90x50°.
At the moment the prototype consists of a 15" on the front, 2x 12" on the sides and a 60x40 horn I had laying around.
Does anybody know of something I could buy that would be a better fit to the low end directivity?

JBL M2 horn? https://www.erinsaudiocorner.com/loudspeakers/jbl_m2/
has to be some sort of diffraction horn to get that wide coverage, loading will also be poor due to the high flare rate. I have seen a JBL speaker that solved this wide coverage issue using two 'cross fired' horns (a nicely spaced cluster).

Unfortunately that's not something I can get off the shelf. And my 3D printer only does 30x30x30cm.

Well that's more than I've paid for the 12" and 15" speakers together. Thanks for the hint though, I'll check if can find something in the spare parts section.
My printer is only 26 cm diameter (delta), but I printed this (cca 62 x 30 cm mouth and 42 cm length). It is 9 parts in total. The dark one is improved version, but still unfinished.
