I'm searching for PF5102 Jfets (Quantity 20) and FQP3P20 Mosfets (Quantity 10). Since those are EOL-Products I'm unable to find those on my usual Vendors. If anyone has some spare please contact me. Shipping location would be Germany, just in case that matters for anyone.

Minimum Quantity to buy there is 50pcs, which might be a bit much if I need only 4 (+ a few spare for future projects resulting in a maximum of 10). I've already searched quite a few vendors. Those who have stock always have some kind of a hugh downside, such as Farnell or Avnet.

FQP3P20 is a part that some of us have used as a substitute in Aleph 20/30/40 builds for Q1 and Q2. @rhthatcher matched a number of these for that purpose. I think I have six left over, but I'm in the US and it will cost some money to ship to you.
