A comparison of the stadium capacity, please...it may simply be the Toronto venue is much smaller, and they have some fixed expenses for the teams, which may add to the seat price.
Or it simply may be less fixtures annually, and they must have annual costs.

The inflation of sports tickets over the years has always amazed me. Trying to analyze it on factors like venue size and costs is a joke, they basically just charge what the local market will bear. There also seems to be more of a class issue in US venues, like the bleachers are "beneath" the middle class.
Most rivers in Sweden are closed off by powerplants turning the eels into chunks. From or largest lake - Vänern - fishermen are trying to help some eels by driving them downstreams to the North Sea so they can reach the Atlantic to breed and then help them upstreams. However,in the English channel many eels (glass eels!) are captured, thus helping diminish the population further. But the main problem are the power dams.
The fiberglass fish store had a end of year clearance sale for leftover stock…….got a 1/2 mount (flat on backside) Mahi Mahi for about 40% off, and i know it was actually 40% off because i’ve been pricing these dang things at this company for about 2 yrs!
Ended up $160, which i thought was worth it. 😎

I just slouched over to the local 7-11 and got some beer and a couple of slices of pizza - Happy New Year...
Ordered a POS 45V-390V ZVS DC-DC board to use in a tube tester, and a buck converter to run 6V heaters from 12V.
Soon, I will build a test rig to be able to test the tubes I have and match them up.

Used Canon 5D Mk I DSLR camera. Together with the telescope (above) I plan to do some astrophotography.
A Swiffer. WetJet. No problem, but we had A Coupon. For a free bottle of Swiffer-juice. With lots of fine print. The cashier could not figure it out. He went in the office and came back with, not just a manager, but a Coach. Even them it took both of them 14 minutes to get it rung-up.
A shipload of fancy speaker cables with banana and spade connectors that cost less than the 14 ga. wire contained within. Insurance clearance from Dick Smith of Australia.
More stuff for astrophotography: an intervalometer, a CF card for the camera, an accessory kit (eyepieces, filters, etc) and a camera mount adapter.
I also found a super cheap Canon 1500D on Facebook marketplace. AU$120.00 shipped, which means I bought it for the price of the zoom lens. That might be useful if I ever decide to start a YouTube channel, it does full HD video with a 24.1 megapixel array.
Meanwhile, the clown who advertised the 80AZS 'scope tells me he's out of stock, so I had to plonk down some more cash for an 80EQ with a motor drive.

Root canal treatment and caps on two teeth. Almost as expensive as audiophile power cables.... 😱
