Well it has been a rough year for me with back problems, car wrecks and probable prostate cancer. That said I am still waking up every morning and facing the dragon for another fight.

I fulfilled a lifetime of new year's resolutions in 2022. I lost 60+ pounds and counting, got my diabetes under control, changed the way I eat and live, made new friends and strengthened old friendships.
This year I will finally see an ophthalmologist and see if laser surgery can improve my eyesight. I had more pressing health concerns to address in 2022 and I was more successful than I thought possible.
