As I’m getting mixed messages regarding offers for the Hitachi and Toshiba mosfet transistors that I have ( removed from vintage diy amps ) I thought I’d ask the question, how much are they worth?

MJE range of semiconductors are not MosFet.
The 'K' range may be MosFet but MosFet semiconductors are easily damaged by static and poor handling.
Probably worth what people will pay for secondhand possibly damaged goods.

Not damaged as you can see by the test results 😊some pins not great but useable.
